The City of Rancho Cucamonga's Armed Forces Banner Program was established in November 2005 to honor and recognize hometown active duty military personnel. Currently there are over 400 Armed Forces Banners proudly being displayed on Haven and Milliken Avenues, Base Line Road, and 4th Street.
Criteria on how to obtain a banner can be found on the Armed Forces Banner Application. Applications are accepted on a year round basis and installed 3 times during the year depending on pole availability.
