Opioid Prevention and Awareness

The City of Rancho Cucamonga has partnered with the San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health to raise awareness about opioid misuse and prevention.

Opioid addiction is a growing public health concern that affects individuals and families across all communities including ours. Through this partnership, we're committed to providing our community with important information about the risks of opioid use, how to recognize signs of misuse, and where to find help and resources. By working together, we can reduce stigma, promote education, and provide support to those impacted by this crisis.

The City of Rancho Cucamonga is a participant in the National Opioid Settlements involving major pharmaceutical companies and distributors. These settlements provide funding to support opioid remediation efforts. To learn more about the National Opioid Settlements visit www.nationalopioidofficialsettlement.com.
