RECRUITMENT NOTICE
TO FILL AN UNSCHEDULED VACANCY
FOR THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA
PLANNING/HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION
The Rancho Cucamonga City Council invites individuals to apply to serve on the Planning/Historic Preservation Commission. Currently there is an unscheduled vacancy for a short-term expiring December 31, 2029. Applicants must be a resident of Rancho Cucamonga and be at least 18 years old. The Planning/Historic Preservation Commission meets at 7:00 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of every month. To apply please click link below, you will be prompted to the Boards, Commissions, and Committees portal where you can submit an application. Applications must be submitted by 4:30 p.m., Thursday, May 7, 2026. For questions call the City Clerk Services Department at (909) 774-2023. Following the application period, the City will contact candidates for an interview. Planning Commissioners receive a monthly stipend of $150.00 as compensation and are required to file financial disclosure statements.
