Mental Health

Working from home? Homeschooling your children? Dealing with financial uncertainty? Having to take care of yourself or a loved one with a medical condition? You are not alone. The City of Rancho Cucamonga and the Healthy RC Mental Health Subcommittee are committed to providing the community resources and opportunities for connection because “Your Mind Matters”. During these moments of uncertainty, we are looking to provide virtual, safe space discussions where you can share your experiences and learn about mental health resources. We are all collectively going through these experiences together. Check back often or follow us on social media for updates on opportunities for virtual connection and additional mental health resources.

Call 911 if you or the person you are helping is in immediate danger.

Check out our HOPE resource card which provides resources for housing, food, and mental health needs. It is now translated to Spanish, Mandarin, and Arabic.
