All California residents may get a library card. Children under 14 must have a parent present.

Identification
One photo ID - Driver’s license, school ID, passport.
Proof of Address
Driver's license, utility bill or DMV change of address card.
Renew My Materials
There are three ways to renew your items:
Online
Renew items through your Library Account.
24-Hour Phone Renewal
Call (909) 919-2985. Have your library card handy. Follow the system prompts.
Call Us
Call the Check Out Desk during open hours: (909) 477-2720.
Place a Hold
The Library will notify you via text or email when the item is available. Items will be held for seven days.
Online
Place a hold using your Library Account.
Information Desk
Place a hold by calling the Information Desk (909) 477-2720.
More Information
The Rancho Cucamonga Public Library does not charge overdue fines or checkout fees!
– You will receive a notice when your items are 3, 10 and 17 days overdue.
– At 30 days overdue, your account will be blocked and you will be billed for the overdue items.
– Blocked accounts may be referred to a collection agency and will incur a collection fee.
– If you return long overdue items, we will clear your account of all charges. (Collection agency fees excluded.)

You may keep track of all your family's cards from multiple libraries (Ontario City Library, San Bernardino County Library, and Upland Public Library.) Visit Library Elf to register.
