The Rancho Cucamonga Police Department established the Trespass Agreement Form to better assist property owners in enforcing the trespass violations on their property. The Trespass Agreement Form offers property owners the ability to authorize RCPD and/or the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department to act as their agent to arrest, remove, or advise any person present on the property without their consent or without lawful purpose to leave the property.
To better assist you in enforcing the trespass violations on your property, we need your permission to act as your agents to prosecute any persons engaging in this unlawful activity. Please complete the Trespass Agreement Form and email it back to RCPD Police.
