Event Space & Park Shelter Reservations

The Community Services Department is excited for the opportunity to host your next event at one of the City of Rancho Cucamonga’s many properties. From banquet halls for receptions to park shelters for your family reunion, the City of Rancho Cucamonga has what you need to create a safe and memorable event.

Our Event Services Team is currently welcoming bookings at Central Park on the corner of Milliken Avenue and Base Line Road in Rancho Cucamonga. 45-60 days prior to the requested event date is required to fully approve and provide a rental permit for your event.

Park Shelter Rentals 

Park Shelters are a great option for the family picnic or a birthday celebration! The City of Rancho Cucamonga has many reservable park shelters in varying sizes to accommodate your special day.

Fee Information

All fees follow the City of Rancho Cucamonga’s most current approved Facility Rentals Fees and Procedures document. Indoor facility rentals are divided into three categories: Neighborhood Center, Community Center and Specialty Center. Each facility contains room categories determined by square footage and/or available amenities. Facility and room categories are listed below. Outdoor facility rentals include park shelters at 12 different park sites. Rental fees are calculated according to the user group classification listed below. Additional staffing, amenity and safety fees may apply.
