Local Overlay Pavement Rehabilitation Project
The Local Overlay Pavement Rehabilitation Project begins this month in select neighborhoods across the city. This project includes sidewalk and curb ramp upgrades, asphalt resurfacing, and fresh striping to extend the life of our local streets.

Street Striping: Early August
What to Expect:
- “No Parking” signs will be posted 72 hours before each working day.
- During asphalt preparation, property access will remain open, but on-street parking may be restricted.
- During asphalt resurfacing, street access will be unavailable from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Some driveways will have direct access restrictions. If your driveway is affected, you will receive a separate notice with the specific dates.

Local Slurry Seal Project
The Local Slurry Seal Project begins this month in select neighborhoods across the city. This project includes weed abatement, slurry sealing, and fresh striping to extend the life of our local streets.

Crack Fill: 6/29/2026 to 7/1/2026
Slurry Seal: 7/13/2026 to 7/16/2026
Street Striping: Late July
What to Expect:
- “No Parking” signs will be posted 72 hours before each working day.
- During slurry seal operations, property and street access will be temporarily restricted from 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., except in emergencies.
