Registration for both the June and July Jr. Firefighter Camps will be open April 22 - 26, 2024 or until the camp reaches capacity.
The Rancho Cucamonga Fire District proudly announces Summer 2024's Jr. Firefighter Camp dates! We will host two 5-day camp sessions for youth ages 11-15:
This week-long camp teaches participants about the basics of firefighting as well as introduces them to fire prevention habits through hands-on activities, games, and classroom lectures. Through activities such as relay races trying on firefighting gear or coupling hoses, participants get a taste of the skills and knowledge necessary for firefighting. The Camp is limited to 40 participants.
