Junior Firefighter Camp

Rancho Cucamonga Firefighters are holding a hands-on interactive camp for youth ages 11-15.  Participants will be introduced to the firefighting profession as well as learn fire safety education.

Each day of the Camp begins with a brief round of physical fitness followed by instruction and physical activities that simulate "a day in the life of a Firefighter."  Participants will actively learn about the firefighting profession in a fun, fast-paced environment, including topics such as firefighting gear and equipment; basic First Aid; wildland firefighting; search and rescue; emergency preparedness; and fire prevention.

This year, the week-long camp will be offered twice.  Register online at using barcode  #13628 for the June camp (June 12th - 16th) or barcode #13629 for the July camp (July 10th - 14th).  For more information, call (909) 477-2770 x 3008.
