Business Emergency Response Team (BERT) Training Session 2

The City's Emergency Management Program is excited to announce Session 2 of the Business Emergency Response Team (BERT) Training series, which is part of the on-going preparedness planning efforts to increase our community's disaster resiliency.

This three-hour course is part of a 20-hour training series that will prepare businesses and employees for an emergency!  Session 2:  Employee Preparedness will be held Thursday, March 27, 2014 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Rancho Cucamonga City Hall.  Although each session can be taken as a stand-alone preparedness course, together the series offers comprehensive training in:

  • Emergency Kit/Business Inventory Resources
  • Basic First Aid for You and Your Co-Workers
  • Fire Suppression Exercises
  • Search and Rescue Techniques
