Self-Care Series

Stressed? Anxious?  Need a break?  You are not alone.  Healthy RC has the support you need to navigate overwhelming situations!

Join us for Healthy RC’s Cultivating Self-Care & Resilience Series, which are free, virtual wellness events that will showcase tools and resources to support you and your loved ones on how to build resilience, manage stress, gain self-awareness, practice self-care, and create healthy boundaries.

Join us every Wednesday starting March 31st through April 21st from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. as together, we learn and practice self-care skills from each week's presentation led by Darlene Merkler, Education and Outreach Coordinator from Inland Caregiver Resource Center.  You will also have a chance to connect with your community during break-out discussions to help normalize the notion that you are not alone.  This series is brought to you by Healthy RC’s Mental Health Subcommittee, a group of community resident volunteers dedicated to destigmatizing mental health and connecting individuals to appropriate resources, as well as our partners from Inland Caregiver Resource Center.
