The Rancho Cucamonga Public Library Foundation was established by citizens who understood that a great public library would not be possible through public funding alone. Since then, the foundation and the library have worked together, in a strong partnership, to determine where private support can have the greatest impact and at the same time, not supplant the public's responsibility for funding the basic operations of a strong library system. The Library Foundation meets at 6 p.m. the first Monday of each month at the Paul A. Biane Library located at 12505 Cultural Center Drive, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91739. Please contact Library Administration at (909) 477-2720, ext. 3940 for the next meeting date. For information about the Foundation's membership, please visit the Library Foundation's Internet page or call Library Administration.
