Passport Services

Appointments are required

 Passport services we provide:

  • First-time passports. 
  • Replacement of lost, stolen, or damaged passports.
  • Renewals for passports issued before the applicant was 16 years old - original birth certificate is required.
  • Renewals for expired passports issued more than 15 years ago.
  • All other renewals can be accomplished via the mail-in renewal form.

Please come prepared
The U.S. State Department's Passport website provides a list of forms and documents needed for a successful application.  Late arrivals and/or incomplete applications will require rescheduling.  
 
Passports for children

  •  Applicants ages 0-15 years - BOTH parents and applicant/child must be present.
  • Applicants ages 16 and 17 - only ONE parent and the applicant/child need to be present.

Fees
Passport fees are set by the U.S. State Department.  Only check or money order can be accepted for the passport fees.  Bring one check per application - for the U.S. State Department passport fees AND Cash, Debit,  or Credit for the $35 execution fee and $12 photo fee, if applicable.

Emergency Passports

Travelers departing within 2 weeks must make an appointment with the Los Angeles Passport Agency at (877) 487-2778 (24-hour appointment scheduling system). Expedited service delivers in 2-3 weeks for an additional $60 per application.
