You may request items that are currently unavailable (i.e. checked out or not yet released). (Please note that high demand DVDs may not be placed on hold.) The library will notify you via phone or email when the item is available for pick up. Items will be held at the Checkout Desk for 7 days. An expired hold fee of $0.50 will be charged for any holds not picked up within 1 week. You may cancel your hold prior to the expiration date at no charge.
Requests may be placed using the Library Catalog or by calling the Information desk at either library.
For items showing a status of "checked in," please contact the Information desk. They will place the item on a 24-hour hold at no charge.
You may request that items be transferred from one library to the other. Please contact the Information desk to request a transfer. A fee of $0.50 will be charged if transferred items are not picked up within 1 week.
Deliveries are made between our two libraries every day, except Sundays.
We offer a service that allows to borrow items from other libraries outside of Rancho Cucamonga Library. You may request items at either library's Information Desk according to the following procedure:
