You may request items that are currently unavailable (i.e. checked out or not yet released). The library will notify you via phone or email when the item is available for pick up. Items will be held at the Checkout Desk for 7 days.
Requests may be placed using the Library Catalog or by calling the Information desk at either library.
For items showing a status of "checked in," please contact the Information desk. They will place the item on a 24-hour hold at no charge.
You may request that items be transferred from one library to the other. Please contact the Information desk to request a transfer.
Deliveries are made between our two libraries every day, except Sundays.
We offer a service that allows to borrow items from other libraries outside of Rancho Cucamonga Library. You may request items at either library's Information Desk according to the following procedure:
