The Archibald Library was the first municipal Library in Rancho Cucamonga, opening for business in 1994. If you have not been to the Archibald Library, why don't you take a Virtual Tour? Here is just a little information about the Archibald Library:
We have 24 computers with Internet access and Microsoft Office - 16 in our technology center on the first floor, 2 express PCs, 3 in the Children's Room and 3 in our Teen Scene. Computers use is free, and we now offer free computer classes.
If you know of someone who is in need of improving their literacy skills, please contact our literacy program for more information.
Does your child need assistance with reading? Our B2B tutoring offers free reading tutoring for children in 2nd through 5th grade. Check out our B2B page for more information.
Throughout the entire Archibald Library, free wireless access is available. Just bring in your wireless-enabled laptop to connect. Click here for more information about our wireless access.
In the spring of 2010, we welcomed four Play and Learn Islands (PALs for short) to the libraries, providing a new and unique way to bring play and learning to the youngest members of our community. Come see what all the buzz is about!
The Archibald Library is home to the "superstore". You never know what you will find in its ever-changing inventory of previously-read books and magazines, cards and much more.
