Business License certificates are valid for one year from the day and month in which your business started. A renewal form will be mailed to you prior to your license expiration date.
If there is any change of information on the renewal form such as change of location, change of business description, or change of ownership and the business is located in the City, the changes must be submitted to the Business License Division located at 10500 Civic Center Dr., Rancho Cucamonga, 91730 in person as this may require Planning Department approval.
Your payment and renewal form must be received by the due date indicated on the renewal form to avoid late charges.
Online renewal of business licenses is now available for most businesses. Visit us at https://businesslicense.cityofrc.us to renew your business license online. You’ll need your Business License # and your PIN # located at the bottom of your renewal form to complete the process. Business license fees not paid or received by the due date will result in a late penalty charge of 50% of the total amount due.
