Due to the potential impacts anticipated by Tropical Cyclone Hilary, we strongly encourage residents to shelter in place during the storm. We advise the community to stay informed on weather updates, current conditions, any potential evacuations, and storm safety and flood protection information. Update: 7:30 p.m., Saturday, August 20th: No reports of flooding in Rancho Cucamonga at this time. We have command staff in the Emergency Operations Center managing the incident in coordination with personnel in the field.  


How to Report Storm Damage:

  • For emergencies, such as downed power lines, call 9-1-1.
  • To report downed trees or other large debris in the roadway, please call the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department's non-emergency line at 1-909-941-1488.
  • To report non-emergency damage such as downed trees not in the road, damaged or downed Armed Forces banners, or street light outage, please use the City’s RC2GO app or go online at HERE
