Join us in the Healthy RC movement and checkout the Community Services Department and the Sports Division website for workshops, classes and programs to get you moving and active.

            Sports Division Helps you Stay Healthy and Fit!



Get Ready! Get Set! Play!  The Sports Division in the Community Services Department offers a variety of ways to stay physically active and fit. 



 Enjoy the Outdoors! Visit the Preserve



More residents are discovering that walking in the North Etiwanda Preserve is a great way to get fresh air and exercise. The Preserve's 3.4 mile loop trail takes you through the rolling foothills and past a number of unique features, including an early water delivery system, antique water pumping station, a stone chimney, and the Sierra Madre fault.



 Walk It, Ride It, Hoof It!



Calling all walkers, joggers, cyclists, equestrians, skaters, and those still in strollers! Come out and enjoy the Pacific Electric Trail today! The Trail is a safe and serene place for people to enjoy numerous activities including: traveling across the region and through our neighborhoods, commuting to work, experiencing nature, exercising all while exploring the history and culture of the area.



 Smoke-Free RC



The City of Rancho Cucamonga has created a smoke-free environment at all City facilities, outdoor service lines, and transit stops for everyone to enjoy. Please be respectful of your health and of your neighbors by refraining from smoking at any city facility, including parks, trails and the surrounding property and parking lots, as well as all transit stops and outdoor service lines.
