How do I sign my child up for the Teen Center?
The Teen Center is located at Lions Center West (9161 Base Line Road). Registration forms are available at Lions Center West or online at the following link - RCPark for Teens   

All registration forms are kept for one school year and new forms are required each August.   Each Teen must also have an up-to-date registration form before entering the Teen Center.
