• San Bernardino Associated Governments (SANBAG) - "San Bernardino Associated Governments (SANBAG) is the council of governments and transportation planning agency for San Bernardino County.

• United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) - "EPA leads the nation's environmental science, research, education and assessment efforts. • United States Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) - "Our mission is working with others to conserve, protect, and enhance fish, wildlife, and plants and their habitats for the continuing benefit of the American people."

Infrastructure

• California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) manages the state highway system (which includes the California Freeway and Expressway System), provides inter-city rail services, and is actively involved with public transportation systems throughout the state.

• Metropolitan Water District (MWD) - The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California supplies treated water to Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties.

• Cucamonga Valley Water District (CVWD) - The Cucamonga Valley Water District (CVWD) provides water and wastewater services to the City of Rancho Cucamonga, portions of the cities of Upland, Ontario and Fontana, and some unincorporated areas of San Bernardino County. CVWD is a special district, which is an independent unit of local government serving the needs of the community.

• Omnitrans - Omnitrans is a public transportation agency serving the San Bernardino Valley. Omnitrans carries over 15 million passengers each year throughout its 480-square mile service area.

• Metrolink - Metrolink is a regional rail system, including commuter and other passenger services, linking communities to employment and activity centers. Metrolink provides the people of Southern California a safe, reliable and environmentally friendly commute option.
