Community Information

The City Manager’s Office oversees the citywide Community Information Program. The mission of the Community Information Program is to provide accurate, open and comprehensive information about the City of Rancho Cucamonga and its programs, policies, services, and future plans in a timely manner to those who live, work and play in the city.

The City Manager’s Office is the information link between city government, the community, and the media. It manages, promotes, implements, and supports the City of Rancho Cucamonga’s brand and messages through a variety of means to facilitate an accurate and consistent flow of public information to the City´s various constituencies. It produces the quarterly community newsletter Rancho Reporter and the Annual Report; prepares and distributes news releases; answers media inquiries; oversees all programming on the City’s Government Access Channel RCTV-3; produces brochures, flyers, and other literature; promotes special events; and provides media relations and public relations counsel to City departments.

The City Manager’s Office ensures Rancho Cucamonga citizens stay up-to-date with City news and encourages residents to use a variety of communication tools available on this website that connect residents with the City of Rancho Cucamonga easily 24-hours a day, 7-days a week from any location.
