...there were three children, Megan (age 10), Zachary (age 6), and baby Erin (just turned 1) who lived in a town called Rancho Cucamonga with their parents Mr. and Mrs. Smith. One of their favorite things to do was to go to the library to check out books, go to fun storytimes, every summer, participate in the Summer Reading Program, play on the iMac computers, and create fun crafts. Their parents didn't mind either, because going to the library allowed them to check out all the new books, DVDs and CDs. Even though they liked going to all the libraries in Rancho Cucamonga, they each had their favorite:

Megan especially liked going to the Archibald Library to do her homework. She knew the library had all the science project, mission, and state books she needed to get an "A" on all her homework assignments! She even knew how to search for materials from home using the Virtual Library.

Zachary was the one who loved BIG things, so his favorite place to find fun books to read (like Dr. Seuss and Arthur) was the Library Bookmobile that visited his school every other week. He wasn't sure if it was the books or the size of the Bookmobile, but all he knew was - it was definitely cool!

Baby Erin wasn't really old enough to know everything the libraries had, but she knew she loved going to Baby Storytime at the Biane Library. She wasn't sure if it was the nice librarian telling stories, or the fun toys she could play with, or the songs they sang during storytime, all she knew was - it was very fun!
