Trips & Tours

The City of Rancho Cucamonga Community Services Department provides a variety of trips and tours for all ages. Day trips and multi-day trips, sporting events and theatrical performances are planned all year long. Payment must accompany your reservation. The required amount of advanced notice for cancellations vary. Registrant is responsible for verifying the amount of time required to cancel a reservation to receive a refund (full or partial) less the non-refundable $10 application fee included in the initial fee.  In some instances a refund may only be given if an additional passenger can take your place. Day Trips


Lake Arrowhead
One hour ride on the "Lake Arrowhead Queen," lunch at Woody's Boathouse and time to enjoy the village.  Trip includes transportation, boat ride and lunch.

Richard Nixon Library
In addition to the Library, the bus will stop in Old Town Orange for lunch on your own and shopping before heading home.  Trip includes Museum admission and transportation.

Apple Season in Oak Glenn
Start the day at Rileys's Farm for lunch, candle dipping and other surprises, then head to Parris Pioneer Ranch for shopping and browsing.  Trip includes lunch, candle dipping and transportation.

Filmore and Western Train
Ride a vintage train to "Ichabod," enjoy the private pumpkin patch at Loose Caboose Garden Center and browse the Gift Emporium to pick the perfect jack-o-lantern.  Attractions include bounce houses, carousel, arts and crafts booths, BBQ food, face painting and much more.  Bring a snack or enjoy lunch on your own.  Trip includes train tickets and transportation.

Visit the largest street faire in the Nation.  Over 900 vendors are out for this bi-annual event.  Trip includes transportation.

Getty Villa
Spend the day in Pacific Palisades at this educational center and museum dedicated to the study of arts and cultures of Ancient Rome, Greece and Etruria.  Trip includes admission, transportation and parking.  Lunch will be on your own.
