TRAC 2012 - (Teen Recreation Activity Club)

Teens - Summer is the time to get involved in your community!!

Teens are invited to become TRAC members and join in the excitement of making a difference.  Volunteer this summer at various Community Services events and programs.  Get on-the-job training by working various City programs. 

Applications are required for this program.  

Applications for Snack bar Alta Loma Pool, Snack bar Lions West and Movies/Concerts in the Park are due by May 11, 2012!

Mandatory training:  For new and current members.
Wednesday, May 16th  --  6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Lions West Communith Center (9161 Base Line Road)

                    TRAC Summer of Service 2012 Program     
 

This program is designed for teen’s ages 11 to 17 years old to gain work experience through volunteerism and service to the community!  Being a TRAC member is a demanding but rewarding job!  As a volunteer you will have the opportunity to get on-the-job training, while working with people of all ages in various City programs.  The program provides volunteers flexibility to decide whether to choose mornings, afternoons, or evenings. All the opportunities will be available on our Volunteering database, Volgistics. Whether it’s assisting in a playschool class, day camp, sports camp, or in special events, the Community Services Department can use a helping hand!
