Bereavement Support Group
The Bereavement Support Group will meet on a weekly at the L. Brulte Center beginning Tuesday September 13th from 3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. The group will be led by a professional grief counselor from West Coast Hospice, and is available for all adults 18 and over at no charge. Bus Passes

Fishing License Application
Proof of income is required. For more info rmation, call the Rancho Cucamonga Senior Center at (909) 477-2780. Reduced fee and free fishing license applications are available at the Rancho Cucamonga Senior Center for those that qualify.
HICAP Insurance Counseling
HICAP Insurance Counseling assists individuals with questions regarding Medicare, HMO's, filing claims, understanding coverage and evaluating policies. Appointments are available on the first & third Thursday of each month from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon, at the Rancho Cucamonga Senior Center. To schedule an appointment, call HICAP at (909) 697-6565.
Immunization Clinics
Immunization clinics are co-sponsored by Northtown Housing and Development Corporation and the San Bernardino County of Public Health Department. They serve children 2 months old to adults. Inland Mediation assists in providing information and mediation in regard to such services as applying for ADA certification, problems with the local transit system, counseling for reverse mortages and many other housing issues. Operation Strategic Support

The City of Rancho Cucamonga offers passport and photo services at City Hall. Passport office hours are Monday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Services are also available at the Biane library. In order to receive a passport, you will need the following items:
- Certified birth certificate or original naturalization certificate
- 2 passport photographs taken within the last 6 months, or photos may be taken at City Hall
- Valid drivers license or valid state ID card
- Children 13 and under need both parents to sign for consent

Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS)
TOPS is a group of individuals that meet on Wednesdays from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., at the Rancho Cucamonga Senior Center. The common purpose is to lose weight safely. At TOPS, everyone has different hopes and dreams, different health conditions and weight loss goals. TOPS helps people meet their individual needs through group support. USDA Food Commodities
The Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County Food Bank, along with the City of Rancho Cucamonga, distributes surplus food on the first Monday of every month to eligible residents at Central Park, 11200 Base Line Rd. Eligibility is based on income and residency. Distribution begins at 11:00 a.m. on a first come, first served basis. There is a homebound delivery program for the physically disabled.
