Rancho Cucamonga Telephone & Online Permit Systems (RCTOPS)

In addition to the "In-House" services provided, Building & Safety continues to advance our services by offering two additional way of obtaining permit for simple projects and inspection request services:

IVR (Telephone)

IVR is our Interactive Voice Response system that allows customers the ability to use their telephones to access information regarding development and construction permits 24-hours a day, seven days a week. The IVR system offers additional benefits such as:

• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel inspections
• Check the status of plan check applications
• Review planning case status information

E-Connect (On-Line)

E-Connect is an online permitting program that gives applicants the option to use their computers when initiating online applications for permits of simple projects. Additional benefits that E-Connect offers are:

• The ability to schedule and check inspection results (Logon required) 
• Review the status of plan check applications
• View case, land parcel and permit information
• Start permit applications online for simple projects (Logon required) 

E-Payment (On-Line)

E-Payment is an online payment feature that will allow customers to apply for minor permits and pay applicable fees.
