The City of Rancho Cucamonga offers three options to make purchase or renewal of pet licenses convenient for you.

1. Buy or Renew your License Online, followed up by a fax, Email, or mailed copy of the vaccination and spay/neuter certificate if applicable. You will need to have your rabies certificate and spay/neuter certificate with you as you fill out the forms.
2. Mail Your License Application or Renewal.  Download the Animal License Application Form and mail it with your payment to the address on the Form. Remember to include a copy of the vaccination and spay/neuter certificate if applicable.
3. Rancho Cucamonga Animal Care and Adoption Center. Purchase a pet license 7 days a week, excluding major holidays, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday and 12:00 p.m. thru 6:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, at the Rancho Cucamonga Animal Care & Adoption Center, located at 11780 Arrow Route, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730

Please keep in mind that the number of pets allowed per household in residential areas is 3 dogs and 3 cats.

For your convenience, the City now accepts payment by Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, and American Express.
