How to Create a My Rancho User Account

To create a My Rancho user account:

• Look for the "My Rancho" ribbon midway through the Homepage
• Click on the "Create Account" button
• At the New Account Setup window enter:
  • Your email address (this will be your Username),
  • Your first and last name,
  • A password and then re-type to confirm it, and
  • Click "Save".
• At the My Settings window review the welcome message for information on confirming your account or resending a confirmation email
• Check your email for a message from RanchoResponds@CityofRC.us (make sure it's not hiding in your Spam or Junk email folder) and confirm your My Rancho account
  • Add RanchoResponds@CityofRC.us and NoReply@CityofRC.us as trusted email senders or add them to your contacts
• Return to My Rancho and login with your Username and password
