Welcome to the City of Rancho Cucamonga Human Resources Division.  It is our mission, through personnel services, to recruit, develop and retain the very best workforce to provide the services our residents deserve.   In addition, through our risk management program, we are charged with protecting the City’s assets from unexpected loss.  In accomplishing these tasks, staff assures that all work is done in compliance with applicable state and federal law and is within accepted professional human resources guidelines.   

The HR staff is very proud of the services we provide.  We think they are second to none.  However we are always looking for ways to improve our service to our employees and the community.  Toward that goal, I welcome any comments or suggestions.
