Landscape Maintenance District No. 6-R Landscape Maintenance District No. 6-R: LMD 6 was formed in 1986 and on September 1, 2010 a Proposition 218 ballot proceedings was held and residents approved a rate increase and LMD-6R was formed. The district consists of 1,273 single family homes, 3 privately owned vacant lots, and a school, in addition to San Bernardino County Flood Control and Southern California Edison vacant lots. Landscape Improvements provided in the district may include but are not limited to: turf, ground cover, shrubs and trees, sprinkler and irrigation systems, ornamental lighting, drainage systems, masonry walls, entryway monument, and associated appurtenances. These improvements include: all necessary service; operations; administration; and maintenance required to keep the above mentioned improvements in a healthy, vigorous, and satisfactory working condition. The City utilizes the services of landscape maintenance contractors and City crews for all regularly scheduled landscape maintenance.
The current assessment rate is $366.00 per single family residence in Zone 1 and $274.50 per single family residence in Zone 2. School parcels and vacant parcels are assessed at $91.50 per acre.
