Landscape Maintenance District No. 4-R
Landscape Maintenance District No. 4-R: LMD 4 was formed in 1984 and on December 2, 2009 a Proposition 218 ballot proceedings was held and residents approved a rate increase and LMD-4R was formed. LMD 4-R consists of 2,651 single family homes, 1,036 condominiums, 3,306 multi-family, 35.41 acres of schools and 176.67 acres of commercial/industrial.

The current assessment rate is $380.00 per single family residence, condominiums is $304.00 per dwelling unit and the multi-family rate is $266.00 per dwelling unit. The commercial rate is $1,235.00 per acre, and the vacant and school rate is $95.00 per acre.
