Administration
The Administration Division directs the day-to-day operations of all department functions.  The division establishes and implements priorities, policies and procedures, and provides long-range planning for the rest of the department functions.  The division supports the City Treasurer and the Deputy City Manager serves as the Deputy City Treasurer.  In addition, this division takes a lead role coordinating the City's insurance services, including serving on joint powers authority boards as the City's representative, leads the City's labor negotiations as well as coordinating the City's annual operating and capital improvement program budget process.
